Most resources explain depression. This teaches what to do when someone doesn’t want help.
How long does the course take?
It’s self-paced. Most people move through it over a few weeks and can revisit anytime.
Can I access it on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The course works on computers, phones, and tablets.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your participation and activity are private.
If we want to watch together, do we each need to register?
No. One registration gives access to all course materials. You can watch it together if you choose.
